Staying Busy

Rosie continues to show Luke plenty of love.

She's not the only sibling to be kind to him, though.

First attempts at group pictures.

Living the life.

First bath.

That's better.

Mommy is very excited about all the cute clothes we received from friends.

Reminds me of how Dan and Pete sat on the couch with me back in the day...no space.

New favorite game-manning the store.

Helping Baba put together a bookshelf for Luke.

Very proud of the house he built.

Apparently, Rosie needs some relief from the stress of the new baby.

Every night-often for an hour or more after we put her down.

Rosie's idea of bed time.

Using a wipe on the door knob. Possible reasons...
a) germophobe
b) preventing finger prints
c) silencing sound of door knob
My guess is b and c.

Jason and Rosie

There is a decent amount of jealousy in the house right now, so this post goes out to Jason and Rosie. Honestly, we feel like they adjusted really well so far. Jason has enjoyed pretending to be "Baby Luke" the last 2 days.

Waiting for the train at our neighborhoods Christmas event.

Loved the train ride. Santa...not so much. They wouldn't even get close to him.

Rosie crushing the blow up obstacle course.

This wall was 22 ft high and she did it by herself the 2nd time around.

What do you think of me now?

Enjoying the luminaries (blowing them out) on our street.

Loving the jeep.

Best friends or mortal enemies?

Rosie likes her "juice".

"If you're angry and you know it..."

Luke Video Edition

Rosie's motherly instincts immediately take over. Jason not that impressed.

This was Jason and Rosie's favorite part of the visit.

Luuuuuuuuuke!

He took his sweet time (7 days past due), but he seems to be worth it. Luke Davis Ross was born at 5:24 am on Thursday, Dec 10. 20.5 inches long and 9 lbs, 5 oz.

Pretty calm for the most part.

Snuggled in.

Our nurse, Emily, was awesome.

Pop Pop and Jason getting their first good look.

Ready for the ride home.

Rosie respectfully giving Luke some space.

Testing the waters.

All in.

In other news, Jason's love for his baby and pillow is rubbing off on Rosie...

FYI: This is what you get when you ask Jason to get a tissue.
