Rosie absolutely made my day with her response when seeing me on the iPad...so happy. Jason, on the other hand, was not exactly pleased. He was brought inside (playing with Pop Pop) to say hi and he was not happy about it.

FaceTime
FaceTime continues to get me through the month. The Crowleys are next up in a long line of friends willing to help us out.
Jason feeding me green beans through the screen.
He thought it was hilarious.
However, he had no interest in sharing his Cheerios.

Home Alone
Mom and the kids are in NY visiting PopPop, Grandma Bates, and and Nana. I'm living with the Urbans while we continue our month of homelessness. Here are a few videos from the past month.
Jason trying to give everyone a kiss. "Rosie's turn. Rosie's turn." Apparently, Rosie doesn't think so.
Jason: "No no, Rose."
One of about a million close calls every day.
Proof that they actually like each other. We'll see how long this lasts.
For the Jerry Maguire fans out there: "The human head weighs 8 lbs."
Keeping up using Facetime.
These next 2 videos are actually one video that I had to split in two because it was too big to add to the blog. Jimmy V would be proud. "Don't ever give up."

The End of an Era
We are nomads for the next month as we closed on our house on July 31 but won't be closing on our new house until Aug 28. We have a few sets of unbelievable friends that are nice enough (or dumb enough) to let us stay with them for a part of this month. The kids have handled it well.
She is pulling herself up all the time now. Still can't quite get to her feet.
Love that smile. Eating a lot of solid foods now.
Sitting up is a breeze these days.
On the move.
Jason giving a concert.
Nice, emotional finish.
Duet. Jason not so thrilled.
Starting to interact more and more.
Never thought I would use the humungous car cart, but they loved it.
Maybe girls are better drivers. Rosie was much better about keeping her eyes on the road.
He loves the new toys that come from living in someone else's home. This week, we are staying with Eugene and Olga. The kids are having a blast with Ian and Branson.
