Big changes for Rose

This past Friday Rosie started to crawl

This one is for Pop Pop... Can you guess where we walked?

Rosie can also pull up to her knees... almost to standing

Watch her closely in the bathtub!

 Time to lower the crib

 Lowered just in time!

So close

There's always tomorrow

MN Trip Videos

Very excited to see Uncle Dete.

Getting in a workout while waiting for everyone to wake up.

Showing off his moves.

Said, "cool" pretty much every time the elevator started or stopped.

Playing shy with a stranger in the elevator.

Excited to go to the pool with Uncle Pete.

Uncle Dete getting Jason to jump in the pool.

Working on his quick release.

Mom has taught Jason to be a good southern boy. Still working on the difference between ma'am and sir.

Boys Travel to MN

The "pad" kept Buddy entertained on our flight.

Roaming the halls at 6 am as Buddy adjusts to the time change.

We were able to kill some time in the gym. This was Buddy training for the World's Strongest Toddler. He was able to lift the 4, 6, and 8 lb medicine balls. Tried the 10 pounder--"too big".

All dressed up for the wedding.

Not sure Dan and Ali got the deposit back on Kane's tux after he begged Jason to ride him like a horse.

Hard at work.

One other guy was foolish enough to be up at 6:30 am on Sunday morning. We watched him swim for about 10 minutes. He took a brief break until Jason said, "Ready, set, go!"

Jason loved riding the elevator.

Uncle Dete had the magic touch and got Buddy to jump in the pool.

Jason's first experience at Chuck-E-Cheese. The eyes tell the story.

Spent some time at Pete and Becky's. Jason was obsessed with the helmet and train.

Found another helmet.

We had a great time with the Guldseth's. We have already arranged for Jason to marry Hazel.

Uncle Jesse showing Jason how it's done.

Jason was seriously disappointed when he got home and realized we didn't have a tv screen in our vehicles.

Still finding a way to watch "pictures" while eating ice cream.

Don't mess with these two.

Good night photo for Mommy.

Riding "motorcycles" around the family's favorite porch (Uncle Dave and Auntie Miriam's).

Shockingly patient waiting to get on the plane. He got a lot of smiles.

Fell asleep in about 2 min on the ride home. What a trip.

Videos coming soon.

Time apart

Baba is in MN with Jason and Mom is home with Adleigh. Addie and I spent Friday and Saturday visiting Kate and her family in Cary, NC. Eve loves babies and is very nurturing!

I couldn't get a good shot of Adleigh and I on our hike in Uwharrie National Forrest on our way home from Kate's.

These are from earlier in the week. Jason had me read book after book in this position.

"Is it under the leaf pile, Duck?" "No"

It's a little sad that Jason calls this a TV (that and the base of the blender). Poor kid.

MN pictures to come. Jason is having a blast with everyone.

Sick baby :(

Despite the smile, Addie girl has been sick all week. Besides as a newborn, tonight was the first time she actually let us rock her to sleep. She will snuggle all you want but when it's time for bed she just wants to be put down already!

She started to get better but then things took a turn for the worst last night so we went to the dr today. They ordered a chest x-ray but thankfully she does not have pneumonia.

And this little boy, on the other hand, continues to have weird skin things. A mosquito is something to fear around here. Oh yeah, and cinnamon.

Still loving to wear his helmet as much as possible

We'll be all healthy when we come to meet you, Norah Ellie!

Laundry Day

If it keeps him occupied, we may never fold the laundry.

Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah. Jason is obsessed with this book right now.

A little fun during dinner--love when they play together.

Happy Fourth of July!

Some enjoy the Fourth more than others

She's cute but she still doesn't sleep too well

 But she eats just fine
